Level: If you already have a workout routine and your looking for a change, a challenge, or a new way to push yourself – then this one is for you! Use this guide to challenge yourself or to add some variety to your current workout routine. In the Hardcore program, it’s OK to fail or to fall short. This guide is meant to help you get back up, practice resiliency, and just keep trying your best to reach your goals.
Equipment needed: Dumbbells and yoga mat, access to a bench. Optional- resistance bands, barbell, skipping rope.
