Online Fitness Training

Virtual personal training services are provided via Zoom.

Group Classes

  • 40 minutes long
  • $5/class
  • Body weight exercises
  • Different focus each class example: Stretch class, legs and glutes, cardio, full-body workout, abs and cardio, arms and upper body, etc.

Individual Training

  • 60 minutes long
  • $15/session
  • FREE consultation to discuss client’s fitness goals
  • Can use incorporate weights or equipment if client has access to these
  • OR can focus on body weight only exercises
