Spring/Summer Sweat Sessions

If you’re in Kingston, you’re in luck! We’re offering 3 months of outdoor, group (social distancing and precautions in place). Join us April, May, and June 2021 to get your sweat on! All fitness levels welcome as we provide modifications and variations as needed. Bring water, wear good running shoes, and bring your yoga mat! Starts April 7, 2021 and continues every Wednesday from 4:30pm-5:30pm for 13 weeks! Click here to register for pay-as-you-go OR save money when you commit to all 3 months!
